Before you adopt
Ferrets are playful, social pets that live around 6 to 10 years. They need a roomy cage, a high-protein diet and several hours of supervised play every day. Read our ferret cost guide and FAQ to make sure a ferret is right for you.
Ferrets are illegal to own in California, Hawaii, New York City, Washington, DC, so we cannot place ferrets there.
